Well hello and a happy November to you all! I have been gearing up for what I’m about to tell you for a few months so I’m stoked to finally share some deets. Yours truly will be laying down the organizing law at one of my favorite showrooms for modern furniture, Room & Board on Sunday, November 15th (2-4pm). It’s a go-to for the Bneato Bar squad when we are sharing organizing resources with clients. We like to recommend pieces that will stay with you forever (for obvious reasons). And buying furniture that upgrades your home is always a good thing: when your house looks good, you’re more likely to keep it up. Essentially, having quality pieces is a win-win situation which is why we’re really excited about this partnership, workshop and giveaway.
To celebrate this collaboration with Room & Board, we’re giving away a Kori Basket, Thorn Wall Hook and the Natural Steel Tray. I mean, did your heart just skip a beat? Over here in Bneato land, we are jumping for joy because, A: Who doesn’t need more hooks in their life? And B: GIVEAWAY?! All the info is at the bottom of this post so keep on reading!
Those hooks are giving me all kinds of goosebumps. While they can exist on their own because they’re a really cool looking set of hooks, they do a pretty great job of hanging up your stuff in the entryway. I think you could easily get away with these in the bedroom to hang your in-between clothes (clothes that are neither clean nor dirty). Or display your chunky necklaces or a scarf collection. Basically, these are darn good hooks and we think your home would be better off with them in it.
All bins are not created equal (you heard it here first). Fabric ones, especially, should be able to stand up on their own but not feel so stiff that they aren’t inviting. If you ever spot one like that, RUN! I’m only kidding, sort of. I’m really feeling the Kori storage bin because it’s cozy and pretty. It’s basically the black dress of the bin world that comes in five different colors. And since I am the queen of repurposing things, not only would I use this bin for storing linens; I would also put it to use for a recycling bin in an entryway. Are you feeling me?!
And let’s be honest, your stuff just looks better grouped together on a tray. But be forewarned, a tray without a designated purpose will become a clutter-trap. So just as you would designate a drawer for utensils, please go ahead and tell your tray what you would like it to house. Our faves; incoming mail, books, remotes and magazines, a perfume collection, toiletries you use daily…
We hope our love for Room & Board has translated and I think you can understand why. So please join us on Sunday, November 15th from 2-4 for a really great workshop. We’ll be tackling all kinds of decluttering and organizing know-how AND there will be a second giveaway in-store for the same trio of products (I KNOW). If you can’t make it out to the workshop, it’s totally fine (just know that we won’t be friends anymore). Totally kidding which is why you can enter the online giveaway below.
